My understanding of the area is grounded in lived experience and strengthened by nine years of professional work with buyers, sellers, investors, and residential development projects.My previous experience in sales and customer service taught me how to anticipate needs, understand people quickly, communicate effectively under pressure, manage competing priorities, and maintain a consistently high standard of service. Those abilities have become integral to the way I represent my real estate clients.Currently, I am involved in residential development projects in Orange County. This experience has given me firsthand familiarity with the opportunities and challenges involved in evaluating property potential, navigating development decisions, managing unexpected complications, and balancing vision with financial and practical realities. It allows me to approach real estate from a broader perspective than that of a conventional purchase or sale.As a skilled and persistent negotiator, I enjoy analyzing the details of a transaction, solving problems, and finding viable paths forward when obstacles arise. My focus is not simply on completing a deal, but on helping my clients make informed decisions and secure terms that support their interests and long-term goals.I work alongside my wife, Jessamine, as part of Rise Realty. Together, we serve Orange County, Northern San Diego County, and the Temecula Valley.
